考虑配电网分区的用户侧电-氢共享储能容量优化配置Capacity optimization configuration of user-side electro-hydrogen shared energy storage considering distribution network partitioning

摘要(Abstract):
在含高渗透率分布式电源的配电网系统中配置共享储能,能够有效聚合分散资源,提升系统整体灵活性。针对共享储能用户分区不合理导致的容量错配与成本上升问题,提出一种基于集群划分的用户侧电-氢共享储能容量配置方法。通过集群划分实现配电网的分区管理,并以分区为单位优化共享储能容量配置。首先,构建计及有功/无功功率平衡度、模块度与连接度的四维综合评价指标体系,采用遗传算法实现兼顾电气特性与拓扑结构的配电网分区。其次,构建第三方投资型共享储能交易框架,建立运营商-用户侧主从博弈双层优化模型,并引入Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)最优性条件与互补松弛线性化方法提升求解效率。最后,基于IEEE 33节点配电网进行算例仿真。结果表明,所提方法能够提高用户与运营商的经济效益,改善配电网电能质量,验证了所提分区策略与双层优化模型的有效性。
